If you spent any time inside of a high school, then you know, the Athletic Director is one of the most important roles, working mainly behind the scenes, ensuring athletes have a first-class experience. It can be a thankless job at times requiring exhausting hours, but thankfully we have people who continue to answer the call. Season 2, Episode 9 features Mark Ribbens, Athletic Director at Wauconda High School (IL) since 2017.
My takeaways:
